Terms of use.
What you can expect from this website, what it does and does not commit either of us to, and where the real contract lives.
Draft pending legal review. These terms describe how the helpzero.ai website actually works and are written to be fair rather than defensive. They have not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. Before publication, have counsel confirm the legal entity name, the governing law and courts named in section 11, and the liability position in section 10 against the law of the place you are actually incorporated.

1. These terms
By using helpzero.ai you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site — that is the whole of the bargain, and nothing here is hidden behind a click-wrap you never read.
2. What this site is
helpzero.ai is a marketing and enquiry website. It describes the Helpzero product, publishes indicative pricing, and lets you ask us to get in touch. It is not the product, and using it gives you no licence to the Helpzero software.
3. A signup request is not a contract
This matters, so it is worth being explicit. Submitting the form on /signup — including selecting a plan — is a request to begin a conversation. It is not an order, it does not create a subscription, it does not oblige us to provide anything, and it does not oblige you to pay anything.
No card details are collected anywhere on this site, and none are requested at signup. A paid relationship begins only when both sides sign a written agreement. Until then, either of us can simply walk away with no consequence.
4. Pricing shown here
The tiers on /pricing are current published list pricing and are given in good faith. They are indicative, exclusive of any applicable taxes, and may change. The price that binds is the one in your signed agreement. If our published pricing changes between your enquiry and your agreement, we will tell you rather than letting you discover it on an invoice.
5. Forward-looking statements
Some content on this site describes capability, performance ranges, and roadmap. Resolution-rate figures such as "40–60% of tier-1 tickets" are the range we design and target for; the outcome in any specific environment depends on that environment's ticket mix, systems, and runbooks. Nothing on this site is a warranty of a particular result. What your environment actually achieves is exactly what shadow mode is designed to show you, before you commit to anything.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- submit forms automatically, at volume, or with details that are not yours;
- use another person's identity or contact details;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site not intended for you, including the internal leads console;
- probe, scan, or stress-test the site's infrastructure without our written permission;
- scrape or copy the site's content for a competing commercial purpose;
- upload anything unlawful, or anything designed to damage or interfere with the site.
Good-faith security research is welcome and explicitly excluded from the restrictions above — please report findings to [email protected]. See the security section of our privacy policy.
7. Rate limiting
Form submissions are capped per network to keep the site usable for everyone. If you hit that cap legitimately, the page tells you so, and you can always reach us directly at [email protected] instead.
8. Intellectual property
The Helpzero name, emblem, wordmark, page copy, and design are ours, or used with permission. You may quote or link to this site normally — reviews, comparisons, analyst notes, and social posts all count as normal, and none of them need our permission. You may not present our material as your own, or use our branding in a way that implies a partnership that does not exist.
9. Availability
We aim to keep this site up, but it is a marketing site: we offer no uptime commitment for it, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time. Service levels for the Helpzero product are set in the product agreement, not here.
10. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties in relation to this website and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of it.
Two things we do not exclude, and would not want to: liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
This clause is one of the items flagged for legal review above — it should be confirmed against the jurisdiction in which the Helpzero entity is actually registered before these terms are published.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
